At its core, an estate plan offers protection during life and guidance after death. It honors a person's unique situation and objectives. Anyone can benefit from a well-crafted estate plan!

Estate Planning

The probate and asset distribution process can be a maze filled with traps for the unwary. Having a guide who knows how to avoid the traps can help you cut through the red tape and ensure final wishes are effectively carried out.

Probate & Estate Administration
Review of Estate Plans

Life changes, your estate plan should change with it. An estate plan should be reviewed after a major life event (such as obtaining real estate, starting a new business, or after a divorce) or every five years to ensure it still reflects your aims.

Fiduciary Advising & Trust Administration

Balancing duties to the grantors and beneficiaries can come with many questions. Trustees who have an advisor to aid them can navigate the challenges and work with financial advisors to manage the trust with integrity.
